More about your author and her choices.

I have chosen to write using my words to help others in a quest to understand how some things are discovered and dealt with by some people. I have had people tell me over and over that I should write these things down and they'd buy it from me, since I have always loved to write and my life has calmed down with all my children now moving into adulthood I decided now was the time.

Discover how I use the experiences of others as well as myself to teach and explain through fiction how feelings came from each event.

I love to learn new things and strive to help others whenever and however I can. I grew up autistic, most people including my family did not know I was diagnosed at the age of 16 by a therapist. I had a teacher suggest being tested due to my thrill of learning and expression through writing. This teacher helped me harness the fiction within myself to express my feelings and vivid nightmares.

When I started having children and they each got the autism spectrum diagnosis I knew that I wanted to help them and others like us to understand the world in a different way and advocate for their specific needs as very different autistic personalities. I have been given a gift to write and have been told by many that I am great at it. So, this is my truth to that knowledge from others.
